Bug Description
I use shotwell for a long time. I'm actually using version 0.28.3 – "Braunschweig" on ubuntu 18.04.5
I think it is one of the best program for photos
In my opinion there are some fearures that should be added:
- auto-internal backup: to backup photos in shotwell we must to backup /images, /shtotwell thumbnails, cache, etcc. Very annoying.
Could create an automatic procedure menu accessible that creates unique file, for example .tar.gz ?
it shuold be an option to select which photos to backup. Very important the possibility also to choice the period (from a date to another) for the backup giving the possibility to free hdd space.
- Jpg-raw images: a function that is able to erase RAW file from a RAW-JPG picture. Indeed when we import photos from digital camera (both RAW and JPG format), we can decide to remove the raw format from some of these becouse the is already used or not necessary for some photos, obviously leaving jpg
thank you
