Publish button does nothing

Bug Description

When clicking the 'Publish' the first time (after install) only Piwigo is shown, on shotdown of shotwell publish button does nothing.

I Also tried to disable all publishing plugins but Picasa and Youtube (Google account is set in Ubuntu online accounts.

The debug error's shown are as follow's;

I am using Ubuntu 14.04, Shotwell 0.18.0-0ubuntu4 and this problem still occures. I tried to backtrace the problem but I am not sure if this helps since Shotwell actually does not crash or freeze. Only publishing window vanishes. Also if we start Shotwell via terminal and try add another account this can be seen in the output:

GLib-CRITICAL **: g_spawn_command_line_async: assertion 'command_line != NULL' failed

some of those reports are bug #1314904 (unity-control-center-signon needs to be installed but some derivates desktop didn't want to pull it and its depends so it was lower to a suggests)

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and this happened also to me both on Gnome and Unitiy desktops.
BUT after I established my Google account in "System Settings -> Online Accounts" this worked perfectly for me, i.e. need to establish the account first !

I turned online acount off an on and voi la facebook has appeared in accounts combo.

Publish popup window Edit (15.6 KiB, image/png)

I was using Publish to Picasa for long time but it has stopped working now. When I click Publish I get popup with disabled select box with Picasa option already selected and then there is only Cancel button at the bottom active.

If I remove Google account in System settings and restart Shotwell, then Facebook option is selected by default, which works without problems.

So even if I want to use Facebook, I have to remove Google account from System settings, else it is selected by default and select box is in disabled state, so I can not select any other account.
