Bug Description

1. Tag a photo with "été"
2. Edit > Find (Ctrl+F) and type "eté" (no accent on the first "e")

What should happen : Shotwell finds your photo.
What happens : Shotwell does not find your photo ("No photos/videos found")

However, if you type EXACTLY "été", it does find it.

This issue is also true with other french characters such as "À/à/A/à", "É/é/È/è", "U/u/Ù/ù" etc.

This issue is often annoying with capital letters as we do not often put the accent on it.
For example one saves the tag "Emile" (a french surname) but will often search faster for "émile".
