Bug Description

When selecting image and trying to publish it on Picasa shotwell crashes:

ERROR:/build/buildd/shotwell-0.12.3/plugins/shotwell-publishing/PicasaPublishing.vala:657:publishing_picasa_authenticated_transaction_construct: assertion failed: (_tmp4_)
Aborted (core dumped)

This started after webaccounts update was installed.
