Bug Description

I have installed shellinabox 2.14-1 on Ubuntu 14.04.
I can login with firefox, but the key "- _" does not produce any character, the key is simply dead.
Using google-chrome there is no such problem.

I've refreshed the /debian dir, when 2.15 is released,
packaging should be pretty straightforward.
