Bug Description
Ubuntu Operating System software crashes when SearchMonkey is allotted with search-terms containing lesser than 3-4 characters (depending on system configuration). This freezes Ubuntu Kernel (which I believe happens due to high priority threads to unnecessary processes created due to misreported file size; Reference: https:/
Even X server hangs and so is the case with entire OS. Alt+SysRq+sequence does not work (sequence being REISUB). None of the OS-internal SIG signals are triggered and SearchMonkey does not let Ubuntu respond even to ACPI signals.
