Bug Description
Ubuntu Version: 12.10 Quantal Quetzal
Seahorse version: 3.5.90-0ubuntu1
While using Seahorse to view my Personal Key, in the 'Names and Signatures' tab it does not show the signatures this Key has.
It only shows my key for signing.
It is to note that this key has several signatures already which can be verified while applying `gpg --list-sigs <key>`
Added to this, it lets me try to sign any key even if it is already signed. I say 'try' because it later states the key is already signed.
What should happen:
Seahorse should show all the signatures this key has.
Seahorse should not let me sign a key that is already signed.

I can confirm this happens on Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 1.
I would expect the signed keys to be there as well.
