[jaunty] screen-profiles installs shell scripts into /var/lib

Binary package hint: screen-profiles

The FHS states that /var/lib/ is to hold state information specific to the host or an application (see http://www.pathname.com/fhs/pub/fhs-2.3.html#VARLIBVARIABLESTATEINFORMATION ); the screen-profiles helper scripts don't fit this.
