Bug Description
failed to start SCIM in Thai language session.
could not start Processes:
scim-bridge
scim-
scim-launcher
scim-launcher
scim-panel-gtk
So I counld not switch to another keyboard layout such as Korean.
Temporaly solved the problem
: Switch current language sessions to "english(USA)"
and SCIM is working properly.

This is not scim-thai problem. It's the problem with libx11 Thai locale management, which has been fixed since libx11 1.1.99.1.

(Sorry, I don't know which Ubuntu release ships which libx11 version.)
