While using Orca table navigation is off by one cell

Bug Description
When using the Orca screen reader, the list of items in the library treeview is off by one. For example, if I try to go to the radio station playlist, I am not placed on the radio item, even though Orca says radio. I am instead placed on the podcasts playlist.
