Can't read Internet playlist directly if RB is close.

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

This is kind of weird.

Rhythbox is not running. Then in the browser I click on an stream, ask to open with rhythbox, RB runs, but the playlist is not there.

Now that is it running, clicking on any stream will add it to the list.
