Bug Description

Binary package hint: reportbug
Version: 3.41ubuntu2

When reportbug is run as root the following appears (after you answer a few questions).

Common issues with reportbug:

(1) -> this does not appear here i added the 1 for reference below// EXIM IS CONFIGURED FOR LOCAL DELIVERY: In Debian 4.0 (etch) and later,
exim4 is configured by default to only deliver email to addresses

TRACKING SYSTEM UNLESS YOU FOLLOW ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS, either:

   - Reconfigure exim (using 'dpkg-reconfigure -plow exim4') to send
mail to the Internet directly or via a smarthost.

   - Configure reportbug to deliver mail to your ISP's smarthost or
     bugs.debian.org directly (using 'reportbug --configure').

I'm changing reportbug currently, so that it will not work for bts=ubuntu anymore and make it clear that it is meant to report bugs in Debian (i.e. if you are a developer and want to forward a bug).
Therefore the first part of your bug will get addressed, but differently.
I'm removing this part from the bug report, so that is only about the second part. Please report bugs separately in the future.
