Bug Description

[Regression] Reverse VNC (VNCI) protocol is missing in Remmina 1.2.0-rcgit.29+dfsg-1 (Ubuntu 18.04 - bionic), but is available in all older Ubuntu and official remmina-ppa-team PPA releases, including 1.2.0-rcgit-27 and older versions from ppa:remmina-ppa-team/remmina-next

AFAIK latest release with Reverse VNC (VNCI) protocol is remmina - 1.2.0-rcgit-27-0~remmina201802142316.r566cdf6.dd516ac4~ubuntu16.04.1 , see https://launchpad.net/~baltix-members/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+packages?field.name_filter=remmina

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install remmina-plugin-vnc package and open Remmina app
2. Press + button on the top left side
3. Open "Protocol" dropdown list in newly appeared "Remote Desktop Preference" window
4. Notice, that "Reverse VNC (VNCI)" is missing from "Protocol" dropdown list

I can confirm, and I can add that affects Debian Sid (unstable) too (remmina 1.2.0-rcgit.29+dfsg-1)

Seems that has been resolved upstream with 1.2.30+dfsg-1
https://github.com/FreeRDP/Remmina/issues/1538
and right now my Debian sid has upgraded remmina to that version and it works again!
Hope Ubuntu maintainers will "backport" to 18.04 soon.
