Reaver doesnt save sessions

Bug Description

According to http://code.google.com/p/reaver-wps/issues/detail?id=64
Reaver saves its sessions to /etc/reaver by default. However, the deb package doesnt make the directory /etc/reaver after installing(tested on 1.4-1_Quantal_amd64.deb and 1.4-2_Raring_amd64.deb).
Users have to run "sudo mkdir /etc/reaver" manually to fix this.
