Bug Description
Testing the daily Lubuntu development and discovered that Quassel defaults to Debian's configs - connecting to irc.debian.org instead of irc.libera.chat.
Further, it then joins the #debian channel instead of defaulting to join #lubuntu as expected.
Expected behavior:
It should join irc.libera.chat and automatically join #lubuntu instead of what it is doing.
