qt3-assistant obese because of qt3-doc dependency

Bug Description
qt3-assistant (639K) depends on qt3-doc (26.5MB), is this really necessary? Because qcad-doc (3.7MB) depends on qt3-assistant it makes for an obese install.

why is qt3-doc package is required for qt3-assistant? qt3-assistant package works fine without qt3-doc package, which contains Qt3 API documentation - look at the description:

This package contains the complete API documentation for Qt3. Examples to coding are in qt3-examples. The documentation is provided in HTML and manpage format; the HTML version can be viewed in conjunction with the Qt Assistant.
AFAIK qt3-assistant should suggests or recommend qt3-doc package (26 Mb size) instead of depending on if.
