Bug Description

Host: Ubuntu Precise amd64
Guest: Debian Testing powerpc

As debootstrap attempts to start the second stage for a powerpc guest, an assertion failure occurs.

ubuntu-bug automatically chooses qemu-linaro but I think this should probably be assigned to qemu.

qemu-user-static in precise was in fact built from the qemu-linaro source.

Works fine on an i386 host.
