Bug Description

An example of a real package that breaks because of pre-defined sitecustomize.py: https://pypi.org/project/sitecustomize-entrypoints/ When importing sitecustomize (as sitecustomize-entrypoints define it and it has some functionalities) instead of an expected module from sitecustomize-entrypoints, the included one is imported. This file is not included in python source distribution nor (likely) other python distributions.
