Bug Description
python3.10 overwrites the ~/.python_history file with line '_HiStOrY_V2_' effectively clearing any command line history.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run python3.10 interpreter, type there 'copyright()' command (with no quotes).
2. Exit by pressing Ctrl-D.
3. Run the interpreter again.
4. Press Up arrow to see previous command.
Expected behaviour:
1. You see early typed 'copyright()' in the command line.
Actual behaviour:
1. Nothing appears, CLI history is clean.
