Bug Description

Either during build or as a dep8 test.

See this debian/rules snippet:

# TODO: package python-vcrpy then enable the tests
export PYBUILD_DISABLE_python2=test
export PYBUILD_DISABLE_python3=test

This needs vcrpy to be packaged in Ubuntu. But really, we already have a python-requests mock in main (python-requests-mock). It would be even more ideal if pyvmomi used that.

But I'll take what I can get.
