Fasterners is a Python package that provides useful locks. It includes locking
decorator (that acquires instance objects lock(s), acquires on method entry
and releases on method exit), reader-writer locks, inter-process locks and
generic lock helpers.

Agreed, once python-sphinx-rtd-theme's MIR gets sorted we should look at syncing with debian. I'm going to hold off on syncing for now though to limit the OpenStack liberty blockers.

The package now has a team bug subscriber.
