package python-minimal 2.7.11-1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

pakage are failed to install while upgrade from 15.10 need to fixed the problem soon tried out sudo apt-get update --fix , sudo dpkg -- configure -a , sudo apt-get install -f couldnot able to resolve the issue ....Please suggest how to fixed it
