URIs for old releases in Ubuntu channel data file not updated

Bug Description

In the Ubuntu channel data / python-apt sourceslist template file, e.g. /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.info, the URIs for old releases have not been updated to match their new home at http://old-releases.ubuntu.com

That's true somehow. Shouldn't we simply drop them?

OK, this fails the test suite. So, it's probably easier to update the URLs rather than removing the data for now.
