python3-tables incorrectly depends on python

Bug Description

The python3-tables packet contains tables for python3. The package depends on other python3-* packages plus the package "python", which is an implementation of python2. I guess this dependency should be on python3.

/usr/bin/ptrepack in python3-tables tries to use python2 (/usr/bin/python), which will not work if python-tables is not installed. Same for pt2to3, ptdump and pttree. nctoh5 is missing, though the man page is present. It's also absent when I install to a 3.7 virtualenv. The other commands are present and run with python3 in the VE.

In the current package version 3.4.4-2 (unreleased Ubuntu 19.04) /usr/bin/pt2to3 and /usr/bin/ptrepack use python3.

The dependency also seems to be fixed.
