putty schließt sich beim versuch mit einem host zu verbinden

Putty lief am Anfang der Installation normal, nach weiteren Installationen , ich glaube nach der Installation von Java 11, kam der Fehler. Ist aber auch vielleicht ein anderes Programm schuld.
