pure-ftpd-wrapper does not support `CertFile` and `CertFileAndKey` options

Bug Description

The `CertFile` and `CertFileAndKey` options allow overriding the compiled-in location of the TLS cert and key, but `pure-ftpd-wrapper` does not recognize them.

A patch is attached that adds this support.
