Ran "ubuntu-bug audio" in terminal and it detected that pulseaudi crashed

Bug Description

My current problem with sound is that my headphones are partially muted.
Sound is drowned and some channells are completely muted even when I turn up the volume.
So to listen to music I have to halfway plug-out the headphones plug.
