Bug Description

Binary package hint: psgml

Please update psgml to depend on emacs23 (or just emacs, so we don't have this problem in future). You can close #172766, BTW, psgml does now depend on emacs22.

As a work-around, I was able to install psgml manually. However, it installs to /usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/, not /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp, where emacs expects it to be.

This should be fixed by v1.3.2-12 for lucid.

This bug was fixed for emacs23, but it now exists for emacs24. Again, please depend on emacs24. (Unfortunately it seems it's not possible to depend on emacsen, since the package shouldn't be installed for XEmacs.)
