smartmon plugin crashes on " in labels

We are trying to run the smartmon plugin of prometheus-node-exporter-collectors=0+git20200110.fc91c86-1 on a machine running focal.

We'd like this plugin to generate valid output.

This fails, because we have several drives in there that identify themselves as 'Toshiba 3.5" MG04ACA... Enterprise HDD'. Note the inch/double quote character, which ends up unescaped in the output for prometheus, causing errors there.

Upstream has a fix for this at https://github.com/prometheus-community/node-exporter-textfile-collector-scripts/pull/67/ and we've manually applied that locally; it would be nice if this fix were backported under some sort of HWE policy so debsums no longer needs to spam us.
