man page of `free` uses the term "kilobytes" when it means "kibibytes"

Bug Description

The man page says:

-k, --kilo
              Display the amount of memory in kilobytes. This is the default.

However, it should say:

-k, --kilo
              Display the amount of memory in kibibytes. This is the default.

This will make the man page comply with Ubuntu's unit policy.

The bug is only in the contents of the man page, not in the behaviour of the `free` command.

The man page also contradicts the man page of top, which is also part of the procps package, and correctly refers to the unit as "kibibyte".
