man page of `free` uses the term "kilobytes" when it means "kibibytes"

The man page says:
-k, --kilo
However, it should say:
-k, --kilo
This will make the man page comply with Ubuntu's unit policy.
The bug is only in the contents of the man page, not in the behaviour of the `free` command.
