There are no user-friendly way to start pppoeconf in Ubuntu

Bug Description
When I started to use Ubuntu as base of our local distribution (Baltix
GNU/Linux, look at http://
bugreports, from users, who use ADSL/PPPoE internet connection. Users don't know
how to configure and start ADSL/PPPoE connection with Ubuntu (in Debian there
was a launcher in GNOME-panel menus, named "ADSL/PPPOE configuration").
I'm attaching updated pppoeconf.desktop to this bug, please add this file in
/usr/share/
xdialog package to ubuntu main (and change xdialog dependancy from suggests to
recommends) or, better, patch pppoeconf to use zenity.
If you don't have enough time to patch pppoeconf to use zenity I could try to
help :)

Updated pppoeconf launcher (pppoeconf.desktop) for gnome-panel's
System-
