Bug Description
leaves the program saved the changes, saving energy, in the option settings
Come out of the command is:
Measurements prior Loaded 76
Can not load the file / var / cache / powertop / saved_parameter
if you can go in and change settings but pc shutdown should be performed again, why not save changes
