Bug Description

I'm running Bionic; the povray version is 3.7.0. I get this when I try to render something:

povray: backend/lighting/radiosity.cpp:324: virtual void pov::RadiosityFunction::BeforeTile(int, unsigned int): Assertion `(pts >= PRETRACE_FIRST) && (pts <= PRETRACE_MAX)' failed.
Makefile:2: recipe for target 'house.png' failed
make: *** [house.png] Aborted (core dumped)

This is a known bug that has been fixed. See https://github.com/POV-Ray/povray/issues/137 .

Please increment the version or backport the bugfix.
