I have reproduced this. It is a problem with debconf input validation: a comma should not be allowed in debconf fields postfix/mailname or postfix/ destinations.
Borin: purge postfix and try again, taking care not to put a comma in your answer to "System mail name".
However I'm leaving this bug open to fix the debconf input validation.
