Bug Description
Printing a PDF from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS via Document Viewer results in printed pages that are missing a few millimetres of the left had margin, no matter how I change the printer settings.
PDF is A4 and has the following characteristics:
Producer Adobe PDF Library 9.9
Creator Adobe InDesign CS5 (7.0.4)
Format PDF-1.7
Optimised Yes
Security No
paper Size A4, Portrait (210 × 297 mm)
Printer is Brother DCP-7030 installed as per instructions on Brother website
What I tried in printer settings:
Scale -> 90%
Page Scaling -> all options
Auto Rotate and Center -> on and also off
Select page size using document page Size -> on and off
What worked:
Printing from Google Chrome using the Chrome built-in document viewer and printer
