Bug Description
since 12.04 pkgexec is not able to start a gui on kubuntu. it will always end in
pkexec APPLICATION
APPLICATION: cannot connect to X server this will happens with gtk and qt the same. so it you start
pkexec partitionmanager
is the same result as
pkexec gparted
