Bug Description
polari app has bad dim-label subtitle theming in the heaaderbar. Which does not look readable on the dark headerbar (unlike e.g. Disks app subtitle).
it also uses dim-label in the main chat window too (with light background). I think we need an improvement in the ubuntu-themes for the case of dim-label and subtitle classes.
Imho it should be white / main text color for dark background, and simply "regular", unlike the main title which looks as if it is "bold".
Please see the attached screenshot.
The top is the current behaviour of .dim-label .subtitle in polari.
THe botoom is how just .subtitle without dim-label would look like. Imho it needs to be more "white".

For comparison, what does it look like in Adwaita?
