Bug Description
I had a fresh installation of Ubuntu-18.04. From the beginning suspend was failing spuriously. When I looked up in Google, I was suggested to upgrade my kernel as the provided kernel 4.15 was buggy. So I compiled the kernel from source and upgraded to 5.04. The problem still persisted. Having GRUB_CMDLINE_

Expected pm-suspend to work every time. Instead, pm-suspend fails to put the system to sleep after a few cycles.
