Bug Description
When having my 1920x1200 display connected as primary display and my 1280x720 projector connected as a secondary display the ubuntu splash image while booting and shutting down is 1280x720 instead of 1920x1200 on my primary display putting it in the upper left corner making the rest of the screen black.
If I disconnect my secondary display, the splash image resolution is correct and fills the entire screen on my primary display (1920x1200).
This occurs when using the default noveau driver for nvidia cards in Lucid Lynx.

I get the same thing, the entire screen on my main monitor does not get filled.
Steve Langasek, This bug appeared with plymouth - 0.8.2-1 (when you fixed plymouth hanging on dual display+nouveau), before that it filled both screens correctly before it froze.
My configuration is 1280x720 main display and 1920x1080 secondary.
