Bug Description

New Ubuntu font doesn't render on Plymouth when asking for cryptenroll password.

The current daily image for amd64 is still dated 2023-03-24 which is the same day bug 2012670 got fixed. It's possible we're just missing the fix for bug 2012670 in the ISO still. So this would be a duplicate of bug 2012670.

The version of plymouth on the 2023-03-29 image is the version listed in the other bug as being fixed - libplymouth5:amd64 22.02.122-3ubuntu2. Could you retest with that image?

I think this was just a misunderstanding as the 'current' amd64 image even as recently as 1 April was actually 2023-03-24. And Oliver mentioned it was fixed after updates. I confirmed the same bug yesterday. It's just bug 2012670
