plotutils (2.6-11) unstable; urgency=medium

* Run "wrap-and-sort --max-line-length=72 --short-indent".
* Drop ancient build-conflicts with automake1.4 (automake 1.14 is now in
oldstable) and autoconf2.13 (not an issue with current packaging).
* Bump debhelper to 13:
+ Use dh_installdocs instead of dh_install to ship libplot-dev.
+ Drop unused file libplot2c2.installdocs.
+ Ship installed versions of info files.
+ List .la files in debian/not-installed

* Bump debhelper from old 10 to 12.
* Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
