Bug Description

I installed unity8-desktop-session-mir but it crashed on dlopen(libubuntu_application_api_test.so.2.7.0)
This is provided by ubuntu-application-api2-test but this is not installed.
rdep on it shows:

apt-cache rdepends ubuntu-application-api2-test
ubuntu-application-api2-test
Reverse Depends:
  ubuntu-application-api2-test-dbgsym
  ubuntu-application-api2-test:i386
  ubuntu-application-api2-test:i386
  ubuntu-application-api2-examples

So it won't get installed.

Platform-api tries to open the test library, should it at all? If so, it should depend on it if it's required.
