Kubuntu 20.04: System freeze upon session shutdown/restart/lock

Bug Description

Whenever I shutdown, restart or lock my session, the OS becomes unresponsive. I can still access ttys and shutdown successfully from there. It might have something to do with my RTX 2060s graphics card, but I remember installing the latest drivers.
