Bug Description
How to reproduce.
1. Define a number of (wired) networks, none with automatic connection.
2. Make sure they are all disconnected.
2. Click on any one for connection.
Actual result.
While still connecting the selected network is moved up to the "connected" list.
The other networks gets scrolled up so the mouse is now over the "connect" button or another network.
The disconnected network list has a reverse time order (latest used ones are down, oldest up).
Expected result.
The selected network should move to the "connected" list only once the connection succeeds.
It's be better to leave an empty space where that network was shown so the mous is over a blank space.
The disconnected network list should have a consistent order, either lexycographical or time based.
