Bug Description
Info:
On Kubuntu, when removing a installed program from discover that requires removing plasma-desktop is allowed to continue with a password, even though it should be a protected package. I don't think it is user friendly, because a lot of new users ignore confirmation prompts and warnings.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Discover
2. Click installed
3. Try to remove a kde desktop program (e.g. KDE Plasma Desktop - System monitor sensor)
4. It will prompt a confirmation that it will remove plasma-desktop and other kde plasma stuff
Observed Result:
Discover is allowed to remove plasma-desktop, which removes parts of kde plasma
Expected Result:
Discover should not be allowed to remove plasma-desktop, due to plasma-desktop being a protected package
