Bug Description
Search for files simply doesn't work. I tried to find the file: fstab
no results. Even if I specify to search in /etc, the file is not found.
It seems as if the search doesn't actually start. The "no files found" message
is displayed imidiately after pressing the "find" button. Other type of searches
give the same result. No files are ever found.

It works fine here.
Could you attach a screenshot of the search window (with details open) to the
bug report (so we can test with the same configuration) ? Do you have an error
if you run it (gnome-search-tool) from a gnome-terminal ?
