It might not be that simple, I'm afraid:

 * For oneiric and onwards, I'd just drop the valid_component_names check altogether, so that we can also catch multiverse, partner, and what not (if enabled with X-Ubuntu-Use-Langpacks:).

 * For natty and earlier we need to keep the check, to avoid importing translations for universe SRUs.
