Haven't really got much to add. It came up while I was using Opera.

How to provoke this bug

This bug comes up, when you have network hickups. To provoke it, watch youtube or anything else - and when you have a hickup, so youtube is waiting for datas, while one is also trying to access the net, you provoke this bug. The bug might be easier to trigger on slow internet connections.
