Bug Description

Pidgin requires the "liveadder" element from gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad, and has no error handling for the case where it isn't present: https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/17290

Perhaps the package should depend on gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad to avoid this failure mode.
