    tsdgeos@xps:~$ LANG=C sudo apt-get install libphonon4qt5-dev

For some strange reason, please fix.

output with -o debug::pkgproblemresolver=1 (of the reverse problem, i.e. installing phonon4qt5-backend-gstreamer wants to remove libphonon4qt5-dev)

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 phonon4qt5-backend-null : Conflicts: phonon4qt5-backend

libphonon4qt5-dev is depending on the wrong virtual package:
phonon4qt5-backend-null | phonon4qt5
should be:
phonon4qt5-backend-null | phonon4qt5-backend
